Behind The Stream: Audience Aware
Recently, we had the opportunity to create a 30-second commercial for one of our clients, InBank.
We had a strategy, filmed for a day, and walked away with some really great interview and visual footage.
Then an opportunity popped up that we didn’t know about before the shoot.
InBank had an advertising opportunity in the Colorado Springs market and wanted to use some of that footage to create a 30-second spot specifically for that audience.
For the Mainstream team (who always wants to know exactly who is seeing a video and what we want that audience to know) this is our favorite kind of project.
We worked with their team to make decisions about what to include (a shot of Colorado Springs? YES), who should be doing the talking (the people who actually work at the bank), and how to get InBank’s relationship-first message across in just 30 seconds.
In our opinion, that’s what great video is all about. Knowing who you’re talking to, what you want them to know, and making every production decision around that.
Check out their video.
And if you’re looking for a bank, check out InBank, too. They truly practice what they preach.
If October is your month to get started with video, we have 6 strategy sessions available. Grab a spot here!
